Hello there, Easter is fast approaching and I am sure you are looking forward to spending some quality time at home with loved ones as I am. If you are mainly responsible for kitchen business in your home, then I am sure you are still in the process of figuring out or maybe have already figured out what you would be having on the menu for Easter.

So for this Easter, I am feeling very tropical-If that even makes any sense…lol. But tropical for me births a longing for sandy beaches, ocean breeze, and seafood with coconut infused flavours. Since I am far from experiencing any of the former at this present moment; I have decided to at least make the most of what I have on hand; it’s going to be a seafood and coconut inspired Easter menu here at the Kauna Kitchen residence.
